You can pay the deposit only or the total amount due via credit card using the PayPal button below, or you can pay via check by sending the appropriate amount to the following address. Any balances due will be collected the day of the clinic.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please contact us right away and we’ll refund your money up to 2 weeks prior to the clinic date. After that, we will refund your money minus $20 to cover food, facilities, and printing costs.
